Digitisation & safety

Our value‑adding digitisation package (EXPERTIR for blast design, EXPERTAB for auto hole loading, EXPLORE for KPI trending) enables remote planning away from danger zones. Drone survey pre/post drill, 3D rock mass models, and real‑time data capture optimise blast performance and reduce drilling costs.

Explosives manufacturing & supply

Multiblend bulk emulsion – state‑of‑the‑art facility at Rough Close Works, Alfreton. Our fleet of blend trucks delivers directly into boreholes, even on rough terrain. Components mixed on‑site to precise job needs, achieving 100% coupling and reduced drilling patterns.

Other explosives: EXEM emulsion cartridges, permitted explosives, NG explosives, ANFO, black powder, emulsion primers, cast boosters. Also detonators (Euronel 2 non‑electric, electronic, electric), detonating cord, shotfiring cable, ancillaries.

We hold ISO 22301:2012 for business continuity – multi‑sourcing for customer security.

Defence & Security – EPC Energetics

Highly skilled team performing energetics operations with exceptional safety competence: assembly & integration, explosive supply, warehousing (Section 5, protectively marked goods, CAA Registered Agent status), customs authorisation. Licensed explosives range for testing, training, and disposal/demilitarisation.
